Found a bug, lost a purchase or have an idea for a new island? Write to us and we usually reply within one business day.
Restoring purchases
In the app, open Settings → “Restore purchases” while signed in with the same Apple Account. This brings back one-time packs (Starter Pack, Infinite Fuel, Coin Doubler, Captain Pack, No Ads). Gems are consumable and are not restored.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the App Store and in the app before you buy. Purchases are made through your Apple Account; we never see your payment details.
I paid but did not get my gems
Close and reopen SkyPals with a working connection; pending purchases are completed at launch. If they still do not appear, send us the order number from your Apple receipt email.
Refunds
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Ads and privacy choices
SkyPals has no ads by default. If ads are switched on, they come from Google AdMob: rewarded videos are always optional, you can change your ad consent under Settings → Privacy choices in the app, tracking permission lives in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and the No Ads pack removes interstitial and banner ads.
My progress is gone
SkyPals saves your progress only on your device, so deleting the app or moving to a new phone without a device backup starts a new game. Restore purchases to get your one-time packs back.
Notifications
Turn them on or off any time in iPhone Settings → Notifications → SkyPals.
