Privacy Policy

SkyPals is made by Sempeak İnternet Reklam Bilişim A.Ş. (“Sempeak”, “we”), the data controller. This policy covers the SkyPals iOS app (and the Android version once it is released) and the SkyPals pages on spinbo.net. The short version: no account, your game progress stays on your device, and the game has no ads by default. If ads are switched on, they come from Google AdMob and you decide whether they may be personalised.

What the app processes

  • Game progress and settings (stars, coins, gem balance, planes, upgrades, settings) are stored only on your device and are not sent to us. Deleting the app deletes them.
  • Ads (Google AdMob): SkyPals has no ads by default. We may switch ads on later; if we do, the app can show rewarded videos (always optional), interstitial ads between missions and banner ads in the menus, served by Google AdMob. While ads are on, AdMob processes device and app information, your IP address (for approximate location), ad interactions and advertising identifiers to serve ads, cap their frequency, prevent fraud and measure them. Your advertising identifier (IDFA) is used only if you allow tracking in Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, Google’s consent form (User Messaging Platform) asks for your consent before ads are personalised; without it you see non-personalised ads.   • Purchases: gems (consumable) and one-time packs are sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account and processed by Apple; we never see your card details. Purchase information (product, price, currency, date, transaction id and a random profile id created by the app) is reported to Adapty, our purchase analytics provider (adapty.io/privacy).
  • Push notifications (only if you allow them): the app sends our server (spinbo.net) its Apple push token (APNs device token), the app language, the app version, your time zone and whether it is a debug or App Store build. We use them only to send the notifications you allowed, in your language, through Apple Push Notification service. When you tap a notification the app reports the notification number (and, if available, a random install identifier) so we can count opens. This data is never used for advertising and never sold.
  • Remote settings and events (rewards, prices in coins, the event calendar) are downloaded from spinbo.net without personal data. Our server and Cloudflare briefly process your IP address to deliver them securely.

The website

The SkyPals pages on spinbo.net are part of the Spinbo website; its privacy policy covers analytics and ad-measurement cookies there: spinbo.net/privacy.

“Tell me when it’s out” list: if you leave your email on the SkyPals page we store only the address, the page language and the time you signed up (no IP address, no ad pixel). We use it only to tell you when SkyPals is released and delete it after that email has gone out, or earlier if you ask us ([email protected]).

Your choices

  • Change tracking permission any time in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
  • If ads are on, review or change your ad consent in the app under Settings → Privacy choices.
  • If ads are on, the “No Ads” pack removes interstitial and banner ads; rewarded videos stay optional.
  • Turn notifications off in iPhone Settings → Notifications → SkyPals.
  • We do not sell your data.

Retention

Push data is deleted when Apple reports that the token is no longer valid (for example after the app is deleted), when the app tells us notifications are off, or when a device has not checked in for 12 months. Open records are deleted after 90 days. Server logs are kept for at most 14 days. Data held by AdMob and Adapty follows their own retention rules.

Age

SkyPals is a game for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). If you believe such information reached us, write to us and we will delete it.

Your rights and contact
