Free to play

SkyPals is free to download and free to play. The game has no ads by default. We may switch ads on later; if we do, they are served by Google AdMob (optional rewarded videos, interstitial ads between missions and banner ads in the menus), they are personalised only with your consent, and ad content belongs to the advertisers.

In-app purchases

  • Gems are consumable: they are added to your balance when you buy them and used up as you spend them. The Starter Pack, Infinite Fuel, Coin Doubler, Captain Pack and No Ads are one-time (non-consumable) purchases. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically.
  • Prices are set in the App Store, shown on the App Store and in the app before you buy, and may vary by country. Purchases are made through your Apple Account, and payment is charged to it at confirmation of purchase.
  • The No Ads pack is offered only while ads are on; it removes interstitial and banner ads, and rewarded videos stay available for when you want a bonus.
  • One-time packs can be restored any time in the app under Settings → “Restore purchases”, including on a new device signed in with the same Apple Account. Gems and game progress are stored only on your device and cannot be restored.
  • Purchases are processed by Apple under the App Store terms; refunds are decided by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Virtual items

Coins, gems, fuel, planes, paint jobs and upgrades are a limited, non-transferable licence to use inside the game. They have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money or refunded, except where the law requires it. To keep the game balanced we may change rewards, in-game prices and events from time to time.

Fair play

Do not modify the app, use cheats, try to get around the purchase system or reverse-engineer the app.

Content and liability

Characters, illustrations, sounds, music and texts belong to Sempeak or its licensors. SkyPals is provided “as is”; we cannot promise it will always run without interruptions or errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages.
